10 Day Challenge Using EFT-Emotional Freedom Technique

Having been heavily influenced through my life and in my business by the inspiration and trainings of Anthony Robbins, I wanted to share with you a way to use EFT with his famous “Ten Day Mental Challenge”.
This gives you additional power when taking steps in making positive changes for yourself and your business.
Let me share his rules then we will follow up with a tapping to ensure you are able to clear any challenges that present themselves when you are stepping into a new mindset like this.

1. During the next ten days, refuse to hang on to any crummy thought, feelings, questions words or metaphors.
2. When you catch yourself focusing on the negative- and you will- immediately ask yourself questions to get you to a better place.
3. When you wake up in the morning and ask yourself “morning power questions” *Just before you fall asleep at night , ask yourself “evening power questions”*. This will do wonders to keep you felling good.
4. For the next ten consecutive days, focus completely on solutions and not on problems.
5. If you have a lousy thought, feeling, or question don’t beat yourself up. Just change it immediately. If you dwell on any of these for more than five minutes, however, you must wait until the following morning and start the ten days over gain.
This journey brings you a plethora of opportunities to see how your mental habits hold you back. Hold you back from your dreams, desires and successes. EFT will make this a quicker process and while you are doing this you will be clearing limits that are preventing you from success right now.

Here we go!
If you ask yourself “I am having negative thoughts” on a scale of one to ten (with one being the least and ten the most intense) how do you rate this statement. (Write this down in your notebook next to you. Remember to have this available when possible so you can jot down anything that comes up for you while you are tapping that you can go back and tap on later to continue to clear your limiting beliefs).
Even though I am feeling a negative thought right now( you can state what it is here) I accept myself and how I am feeling.
Even though it seems impossible to not have a negative thought, and I am having more than I realized ouch! I accept myself and how this feels right now.
Even though I caught myself thinking a bad thought about ____(insert who or what) I am excited to notice I am catching it sooner and sooner and I am an ok person.
EB -Feeling negative
SE -Catching myself in another negative feeling
UE -Feeling negative
UN -This impossible negative feeling
CH -Feeling negative
CB -These negative feelings keep showing up
UA -Feeling negative, no matter what I do these negative feelings keep popping up
UB -It makes me angry, these negative feelings

TH -Feeling negative
Take a deep breath and a sip of water.
Ask yourself how am I feeling now? Has the intensity gone down? What is the rating?
Even though it feels like this could be impossible to never think a negative thought again I give myself permission to myself to do just that, think positive all the time, I accept how I feel about this right now.
If you have not gotten to zero intensity then you can do one of two thing:
You can tap all your points “This remaining Negative feeling”.
Now we can tap on opening to the possibilities.

Even though I grew up hearing negative things everyday, like “Well, what do they know they have never walked in our shoes, they are just idiots.”, I give myself permission to let go of these thoughts with ease and accept how I am feeling right now.
Even though I grew up listening to myself and others tell themselves “What do I know?”, I am open to the possibility that I can know what I need to know and I accept who I am at this time.
Even though ten days is looking like eternity, I give myself permission to see I can be in a positive state of mind easily, and I accept that possibility.
EB – I let go of these thoughts with ease

UN – These ten days are going quicker than I thought
CH – And I am getting better and better everyday
CB – Releasing the negative thoughts that bombard my mind

UB – I accept myself and others can do this too
TH – Thank you for allowing me to transition these thoughts so they work FOR ME
Remember to take a deep breath and a sip of water.

The beauty of EFT is that you can use it literally with anything. Whether you are an Internet Marketer and having challenges with getting projects completed, staying focused, keeping up your motivation (just a few of the things I have coached others on eliminating) you can tap on it throughout your day so your tasks go smoother. In listening to you i hear over and over, “If things could just go smoother it would be great”.
Put this into practice, use it. Action is the key to success with eft or your business!
