Change the way you look at things, and it changes they way things look.

Listening to a woman the other day when she was frustrated and wanted to know why her prosperity had not come yet, I was reminded of when contrast comes up for me in my own life. We often run from contrast in our lives and this is where I think many of us have misunderstood the power of positive thinking and affirmations. Today I want to share with you how we can learn to use these situations to help us on our journey in life to succeed with EFT.

Since The Secret, it is a common misunderstanding that just by thinking positive thoughts you will receive positive things. A common misunderstanding in the use of the Law of Attraction. Let me share some simple steps in understanding how to use the Law of Attraction .

Let us say you want to increase your income. Now, what I usually hear from people when they ask me to work with them on this issue is a common confusion. They say, “How can I increase my income, my company is not giving out raises right now.” Did you see how they automatically went to the negative of the situation? I totally understand their frustration. I have been there, not being able to see the possibility from where I stood in life.

But that does not have to continue to be the perspective you hold of your life. Learning how to think positive is indeed a first step to aligning yourself with the Law Of Attraction. Just do not stay at that bus stop when your destination is further down the line. Ponder this today while you go through your day,
