EFT-Emotional Freedom Definitions

Here are definitions of abbreviations used in EFT-Emotional Freedom Technique.

ET =Even though
EB=Eye Brow
SE =Side of Eye
UE

=Under Eye
UN=Under Nose
CH=Chin
CB=Collar Bone
UA=Under Arm
UB=Under Breast-Rib
TH=Top of head

Tail-enders are what is generally referred to the conflicting thought that comes up for you when tapping. For ex: If I tapped “I am open to receiving my prosperity” and in your head you hear “Yea, right, in my dreams” that thought is called a tail-ender.

It is great when this happens because it is a clear point that you can tap on to release a limiting belief that is affecting you even if you were not aware it. Sometimes positive tapping is one of the most effective ways to uncover unrecognized limiting beliefs and hurdles that are holding you back subconsciously.
