We have uncovered a variety of limits in our last call. I thank our participants for being open and sharing your challenges so that the group as a whole can “Borrow Benefits” and release their limits as well.
What are borrowing benefits? Simple when a group is gathered and their intention is to tap and use EFT there is a potential for two things:
1. Allow many people to achieve substantial emotional freedom IN THEIR LIVING ROOMS OR OFFICES without having to become an expert in the fine points of EFT.
2. Dramatically accelerate the deep (core issue) work that can be done in groups.
Now it is are not perfect and not everyone will receive substantial results, many times if is necessary to have a professional guidance to gain the greatest outcome with the process.
What happens in simple terms is while you focus on your event or issue and then you following along tapping on someone else’s challenges you will while “keeping in mind your own problem in the background” you are creating a parallel between you and thereby activate “Borrowing Benefits”.
This is the beauty of working in groups using Emotional Freedom Technique, you gain through joining together as a collective. It is referred to by the founder Gary Craig “To me, it is undeniable that major benefits can be gained through this method. Not only do people tune into their own parallels during this process but we also must recognize the spiritual concept of Oneness at work here. We are connected. We are One–even though it seems otherwise.”
So you can take this recording and use between our sessions and gain valuable progress. While many have gotten fast results with EFT not all issues will be “one minute wonders”. One minute wonders are what is referred to the phenomenal and fast outcomes that many people experience when using EFT. There is one possible caveat-that is something could surface that would need the assistance of a professional. So you must recognize the possibility and take responsibility for your own heath. If this concerns you then your option is to hire an EFT coach for private sessions.
