Meditation Can It Create Time

I have been going deeper on the question about how mediation or prayer (I think they are the same) helps us live our live on purpose and with less friction. I have been in numerous conversations with some of the wisest minds in personal development and the everyday person you do not know from Adam on the street. (yes, I do that , talk to strangers and ask them deep questions, makes life fun AND you make new friends)

dreamtimeSo, I asked for some guidance to come to me in a way I could contemplate reading. Reading is my preferred method of going within. I pulled off a book I have not read completely yet. I purchased it when Amazing Grace the movie was out. “World Changers-Live to Serve”

A Fish Called Wanda rip

American Pie 2 move

Lately one of the burning questions rolling round in my mind has been how can I create time to meditate more and keep up with growing my business in a world where they are sometimes rapid changes that you need to keep up with and implement. I opened the book and it went directly to chapter 7 Prayer. Reading about what William Willberforce practiced and was devoted was his opinion that taking time to pray or meditate during a busy schedule would create more time to accomplish our purpose in life.

We are living in a time that more and more people are recognizing that the rat race was just that a life for a rat. A life that holds meaning and purpose is more fulfilling and allows for us to connect with out prosperity and abundance authentically. It was very confirming to open to this chapter. It was like in those few sentences it confirmed for me that no matter how much is on my plate with my business I will stop quiet down, burn my incense, meditate, talk with my ancestors and ask for guidance from Spirit will be nourishing and beneficial.

How do you find your answers? Do you keep pushing until you are about to break? I have been very guilty of that trait. lately what has surfaced from many directions in many forms yet all point to the same message is, when it feels overwhelming or you are not usre what direction to move STOP, BE STILL and GO WITHIN.
