Learning How To Do EFT The Simple Way

There are many different things to learn when using EFT-Emotional Freedom Technique. It is a simple and easy method and can be very forgiving. With that said it also helps the more you have used it and have crafted your skill. The effectiveness of many of EFT pracitioners comes from our ability to enhance our results by developing our art of delivery. You will get better and better through time and usage. So, let’s get you started with the basics here.
Here is a full sequence of EFT-Emotional Freedom Technique.

I start off with making the statement about what is the concern for you right now that you want to tap.
For example “My head hurts” I tune in and ask myself on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the worst, “how does it feel?” This rating helps you to know where you are before you start and what result you have acheived with tapping.
You start with the Set-up Phrase download everyone s hero online , tapping on the karate chop point or rubbing your sore spot.
- Even thought I have _________(state your problem here) I deeply and completely love and accept myself.
- Even though I am ____________(state feeling here) I deeply and completely love and accept myself.
- Even though this ___________(state issue here) is happening right now, I deeply and completely forgive myself.
Tap a round/sequence One
Tap at each point and state your reminder phrase. Your reminder phrase is “This ______(problem)”
on each point while tapping 5-7 times on each point. Remember to take a deep breath after last tapping point.
Some people like to use a wrist point which is very simple. You just hold the insides of your wrists facing each other and clap them together like you were making applause. This can be before or after you tap top of head. The order is not important. We have a sequence to help you remember them all and not forget a point.
Then you can use the 9 gamut sequence. This part of the tapping sequence has been taken out of everyday tapping as it is only really needed when you have a issue that is not responding. Some of the original practitioners like using it every time since that is how they were trained and that is ok. Even Gary Craig doe snot use it every time any longer . My wish for you is to learn the techniques and stay in a frame of mind that stays open to guidance when moved it as you develop a stronger sense what is needed through much use of EFT.
9 Gamut sequence goes like this-
- Hoot release
- Tapping on the gamut spot which is between your little finger and ring finger on back of your hand (that valley between the bones) you tap while focusing or stating your issue or concern
- Then you look down with your eyes only a hard right
- Then a hard left
- Then circle your eyes around to the right
- Then circle your eyes around to the left
- Close your eyes hum happy birthday (or any song you like that is short)
- Then count to five
- Then hum again
- Tap on each finger point while thinking about the reminder phrase

Tapping 5-7 times on each point stating your reminder phrase again and remembering to take a deep breath after last point. Now, tune in and ask yourself “How do I feel now when I say, whatever is your reminder phrase. Have you gone down on the scale of 1-10? If you have gone down on the scale but not to zero then tap more rounds until you get yourself down to zero.

Here is what I do if my mind goes to “I must not be dong it right!”
- “Even though I am feeling frustrated because I want results now I give myself the space to know it will come to me and this is a learning process.”
Then just tap “this frustration” on your points, take a deep breath and take a drink of water when you finish a round. Do this until you are able to bring yourself to a calm state again.
