Now We As A Nation Can Start To Heal and Come Together With EFT

Tonight as I am watching history be made, I sit here and listening to friends express their thoughts as we all wonder how we will come together now.

We all have another choice to make tomorrow. We can understand that McCain supporters will be sad, hurt and upset if they react like normal human beings. Those of us who supported Obama also have an opportunity to make a way for inclusion as we go forward.

I encourage everyone to take the attitude we have a wonderful opportunity that our grandchildren will discuss for many years to come. The walk forward with open arms and hands to welcome all to join as we journey forward.

Here is my daily tapping session for you to bring about a release of any negative thought and feelings. Replacing them with the possibility of hope, optimistic and inclusive energy.

Even though one party has won, there is no losing for any of us in America and I deeply and completely love and accept myself.

Even though I might feel great and my neighbor feel bad, I deeply and completely love and accept myself.

Even though I see people acting out in a negative way after this election, I deeply and completely accept how I feel right now.

Even though it is being said this is is a historic night for African Americans, I see others thinking they have lost and that is not the reality, I deeply and completely love and accept myself anyway.

Even though I still see people focusing on separation when they could focus on inclusion, I accept how I feel today.

EB – They lost
SB – The negative reaction to the results of this election
SE- They see themselves as losers and others as winners
UN- The separation this is causing
CH- There is animosity still
CB- It feels like there was a butt whooping
UA- How could this happen
UB- Is this the end of America as we know it
TH- Strong emotions both ways

Take a deep breath and drink some water

Now We will use some of the arguing method, I find it is great at breaking up crystallized thoughts, feeling and beliefs.

EB-It seems like it is one side against another still
SE clockwork orange a movie – No it isn’t
UE- Yes, it is we will never get along
UN- Sure we will, we can come together
CH- This would never have happened 10 years ago
CB- Sure it could
UA- No it couldn’t people would not have let it happen
UB- All this anger and frustration still here

TH- No it isn’t, that is changing right now

Take a deep breath, take a drink of water and stand up and shake your legs and arms around.

Now, let’s tap in the possibility and positive.

EB- I choose now to be part of the solution
SE- I give myself permission to stand in a place of acceptance and compassion for all my fellow men and women.
UE- I am open to the possibility that we as a country can come together now
UN- I am open to the possibility that we can go forward together
CH

– I am open to a world where we can come together as one
CB- I am open to giving my fellow neighbors who might not have agreed on who should be president love, compassion and encouragement in a loving manner.
UA- I have the opportunity to show my children and their children we can live in cooperation.

UB- I have the opportunity to give honor to our journey as a country and hold a space for healing.
TH- I give thanks to source that we can now move forward as a nation, as a people, as a world that give everyone the place to experience love, prosperity and unity.

Take a DEEP breath and sit for a few minutes and see in your minds eye everyone, your neighbors, your co-workers, your adversaries come together all over the world living in peace and harmony.
